10A NCAC 41A .0101 Reportable Diseases and Conditions is proposed as a permanent rule amendment to continue the requirement to report Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and Chikungunya virus infection, which are emerging infectious diseases that have been reported in the United States.

A public hearing was held June 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cardinal Room, located at 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.
