10A NCAC 43K .0101, .0102, .0103: Newborn Screening for Critical Congenital Heart Defects (Temporary Rules)

S.L. 2013-45 (S98) requires the Commission for Public Health to adopt temporary and permanent rules to require that each newborn in North Carolina be screened to detect congenital heart defects by including pulse oximetry testing.
