10 NCAC 43H .0111: Sickle Cell Medical Services Covered

The proposed amendment to the Sickle Cell (SC) program rule 10 NCAC 43H .0111, Medical Services Covered, to reflect the payment program rule change proposed in 10 NCAC 45A .0402, which reimburse providers based on based on the Medicaid Diagnostic Related Groups (DRG) rates. This will result on payment per number of admission per patient versus the number of days of hospitalizations.

A public hearing was held on September 16, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Cardinal Room, located at 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.
