These Rules are proposed for repeal to enable the adoption of the USDA food code for NC.
A public hearing will be held on April 12, 2012 at 2 pm in the Cardinal Room, located at: 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609 
. The public comment period is from March 15, 2012 through May 14, 2012
