10A NCAC 41A .0101 (temporary Zika)

10A NCAC 41A .0101 Reportable Diseases and Conditions is proposed as a temporary rule to continue the requirement to report the Zika virus infection, which is an emerging arboviral infection that first spread into the western hemisphere in 2015.

A public hearing was held on March 2, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cardinal Room, located at 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.
