10A NCAC 41A .0101: Reportable Diseases and Conditions

An amendment to the NC Reportable Diseases and Conditions rule is needed to add two healthcare acquired infections as required to be reportable to the Division of Public Health and also to make a minor technical correction to the recently codified amendment.
